Sharper Image started 25 years ago when its current chairman and founder, Richard Thalheimer, wanted to discover new products. Sharper Image also invents some of its items by Sharper Image Design.
Sharperimage.com is the largest store of the company and works 24 hours a day. It is a website involved in the sales of a variety of electronic equipment. Using the website is quite easy. You can either choose the product by clicking on its picture on your screen or use the quick catalog order. You can also search for a specific item by writing its name in the search box. Once you click on a certain product, you get a complete description of what you are buying. All you have to do next is to specify the quantity required and the product will be added to your shopping basket. The website also gives you a lot of other information such as their new products, bestsellers, offers, customer reviews about certain products.
If customers are not satisfied with their products, the company’s return policy allows them to exchange or get a refund if the item ir returned within 60 days. Another policy followed by sharper image is the price matching policy. If you buy a certain product and find it somewhere else at a lower price you will be refunded with the price difference.
